This will be a place to find out about NEW and old items and projects that are/may be either coming up or available now. This is NOT intended to be a daily Blog unless I need to get something out to you fast that I think is important to customers, so no need to check it on a daily basis, but feel free to do so if you like. I do not have a lot of time to just write about things in general concerning crossfire injection, so don’t look for that sort of thing here. The FAQ has a lot of those type of answers you may be looking for. NOTE: A new restocking fee of 15% is now in-force on returned items to include the EBL ECM starting January 5, 2022 and moving forward, see below.

Again, if there is anyone who does not get an EBL after this batch that needs one, I still have another batch coming after this batch on Monday. Not sure when they will arrive, but my guess would be in the week of 13 May. but it could be sooner. Thank you all for the support.

More good news and bad. I just received an email from the supplier of EBLs to me. The good news is the other batch of EBLs will ship tomorrow and maybe get them Monday or Tuesday. The bad news is they informed me of a price increase on the EBL after this batch coming. I’m seeing what can be done on this, but it’s looks inevitable. Everyone is raising there prices on everything these days and not exactly sure why, maybe it’s that great Biden Economics that isn’t working, but won’t tell the truth to the country. Sorry if this impacts some more than others, but it can’t be helped right now. Again, thank you for your support to me and the CFI world. Save the wave!

GOOD NEWS! The first batch of EBL ECMs arrived today and are in stock now. If I sell out and you were on the notification list, PLEASE sign up again and you will be notified when the next batch comes arrives which may be this weekend or first of next week. Thank you and good luck.

UPDATE! ALL the EBLs SOLD OUT in exactly 40 minutes. That has to be some kind of record. I have lots of packaging to do today and will get as many as possible out today as I can. Moving forward, if you still need an EBL and didn’t get one, PLEASE sign up with your email again and you will be notified when the next batch arrives. I guess there were a lot of people looking for an EBL that I thought. I already sent another order for more today. That new order will probably take two weeks(ish) to arrive. Thank you all and hope everyone gets an EBL at some point.

I just received an email about the tentative arrival time of the next batch of EBLs. It looks like it won’t be until next week, Wed/Thur? The shipment may also be broken up into two separate shipments as well. If this happens, everyone that has requested an automatic notification will get notified that they are back in stock, but may not be able to purchase one since there are more people waiting than may come in with the first shipment.

So, if you get notified and are not able to get an EBL, please re-signup for auto notification and you should be able to get one on the next batch which may be a few more days after Wed/Thur. Sorry, but I ordered a lot and put a bit of a strain on the manufacturer and they are scrambling. Hopefully I will not run out too quickly. Thank you all and good luck. Have a great weekend.

I have partnered with a new company named Active Solutions Machining in Chandler Arizona to tackle the Renegade manifold machining project. There is still a lot to do on this project to include another 3D scan of the raw manifold casting for the machine shop. I just thought I’d update you all on this subject. Have a great weekend.

Added a NEW item in the Shop. We will soon have XFire Performance T-shirts in stock. You can go to the Shop and see what they will look like, both front and back now. No, these are not made in China and I’m only doing one color for now, black in M, L, XL and 2XL. These are really nice quality shirts and I have been testing them for a number of months to see what the quality is like and I like them. They are a Super Heavy, 100% cotton shirt versus a flimsy shirt that I really don’t like especially when someone charges a lot of money for them. These shirts are definitely worth the money in that respect. I do not have a price yet, but hope to have some in stock in the next week or so. I will post here when they are available. Been somewhat busy with Instagram and made a short vid today, check it out. FOLLOW us on Instagram. Also, I will be dropping off some core boxes off at the foundry for the Renegade manifold so that they can make some up and be ready to pour some test pour manifolds in late February or early March. Hope to get back into the manifold business again, but it still is a ways out, lots of testing to do and machining items to focus on as well.

UPDATE: Contacted the foundry today. I was hoping to get some test pours done this month, but it really looks like it won’t happen until February. I’m trying to get a more accurate time frame on the pours. The foundry is slammed right now. I’ll be taking all the core boxes over to the foundry so that they can have some made up and be ready at least. More on this as it develops. At least we are “finally”, moving in the right direction with the project.

As this year draws to a close, I find myself reflecting on 2023 with massive gratitude to you, my customers, for my success. This year, we’ve achieved some significant milestones in my company’s short existence. It is because of your loyalty and support, that I have accomplished what nobody else has done and only dreamed of doing in just a few short years. You have journeyed with me through the launch of the widely successful EBL line of ECMs, the throttle body rebuild/boring and it looks like with your continued support, the relaunch of the Renegade manifold in 2024. I going to try and scheduling test pours at the foundry next week and hopefully get some poured within a couple weeks for the machinist I plan on working with. We shall see how this new project pans out.

If all goes as planned, the reintroduction of the Renegade manifold will once again become revolutionary in the crossfire injection world. 2024 could become a GREAT year. Again, thank you all for your support and have a Happy and safe New Year..

I was contacted by the manufacturer this morning and more will go out next week. No idea on shipping time frame now with the Christmas holiday upon us. Added two new items to the Shop tonight. A Service #3 and #4 for throttle bodies. These are a bore service and complete rebuild service, not cheap, but we do it right. There nobody that we know of doing throttle bodies like we do and the level of detail that we are doing these units. I will be adding throttle body rebuild gasket sets soon as well. Watch for those coming soon.

RENEGADE MANIFOLD UPDATE: So, I have a foundry lined up to do some test pours, but needed a machinist to do all the machining involved. I think I may have found one and he has seen the manifold and liked what he saw and didn’t have an issue with anything. Now it’s a matter of cost/quote on his end and then I can schedule the foundry on the test pours. Keeping my fingers crossed that everything goes well and we can once again start production with the Renegade manifold again after years of being out of production. Keep stopping by for more information on the manifold project and hopefully they will become available again soon. It’s been a while, but I added more fuel pressure adjustment tools to stock. Since there is a backlog of people wanting one, no telling how long they will last. If you were waiting for one of these tools, get it while you can. Sorry for the wait.

Renegade Update: I have 35 people on the site “waiting list” that has signed up for it. I have no idea how many emails I have right now on the other list I’m keeping, but there has to be at least 50 or more. Some of these may be duplicates of the waiting list under the Renegade manifold page where you can sign up for an automatic email when they are in available again. If you are interested in one, please sign up for the waiting list at the bottom of that page. If all this goes well on this project, it won’t be a lot longer until they would be available again. I have a meeting with a machine shop this weekend to discuss the machining process of the project. If that goes well, the foundry is already lined up and I will do some test pours to see how they do and if good, it’s on to the machinist and then production after we check for fitment and any tweaks needed. The same great quality of the EBL, stock tune and 100% laptop tunable if you need to change the tune via USB. I ‘m still cheaper than any of the other vendors for the same product. Found some interesting items this weekend. I was going through all the boxes from DCS (former company way back in the Renegade days) Anyway, found a small box with fuel pressure assemblies inside, 82 and 84. These are NOS stainless steel assemblies that we used to make until they started breaking our tooling to make them because of the hard stainless steel tubing used back then. Good stuff, just hard on the tools. I have no idea how these will perform and will put these up online at a discounted price. We will NOT do refunds on these and ALL sales are final. There are more 82 assemblies than 84 FPAs. Once sold out, they will be removed from the site for good.

I will also try and have more of the usual 82/84 FPAs available today or tomorrow in stock. Fuel pressure tools may see an online presence today? More like some time this week because of delays in the creation process this weekend and have to start over on the laser process tomorrow on some. I should also have more 1/4” aluminum spacers done this week.

Update EBL: I should have more EBL ECMs next week some time. If you were or are looking for that item, keep looking at the Shop for availability and here in the Blog. They do not last long when in stock. Another thing to keep in mind, because it’s going to happen soon. The case supply for the EBL mod is running out and I can not use the ECM cases from any of the 82 thru 84 stock GM cases for the EBL. What does that mean for the 82/84 corvette or the 82/83 camaro, firebird and trans am owners? What that means is that I will no longer be able to get the EBL with my harness adapter module HAM board installed and most likely will have to find ECM cases from another source. This means the cost of the EBL will go up because of that added cost to this process and shipping of cases.

I just want to let owners know about this for any future sales once this issues starts happening. When will it happen? I do not have any specific dates, but it honestly will not be long and before it may happen by the end of the year or earlier I suspect. Just letting people know about this early. If you have any questions about this, give me a call at 480-269-1327 Arizona time which is three hours behind the East coast time.

Also, I received some parts for the fuel pressure assemblies and will have some available when the rest of the parts arrive, whenever that is. Thank you all for your CFI support. Added the complete throttle body rebuild service with the needle bearing service today. Check it out in the Shop.

UPDATE: The Renegade manifold project is getting closer to becoming a reality again as long as things keep going in the direction of things currently. I will have more on this in coming weeks as time permits.

Also, if you send me your throttle bodies to have anything done to them, please DO NOT send me your top plate. I do not need that item at all. Both throttle bodies will fit with the linkage detached on one end (remove clip from passenger side of linkage of TB) in a large, USPS box and will be cheaper than shipping them in your own big brown box.

Just a little on the Renegade manifold project for anyone that is interested. It was looking great for M&M Competition Engines to cast and machine the manifold and still is actually except for one major issue, cost. I think the final cost to the consumer would be too high. With that said, I went back to the same foundry here in Arizona that we used in the very beginning when we started the Renegade project and they seem to be able to pour the castings, but their cost is somewhat high as well and at least I can live with their price. However again, I went back over to my local machinist who machined the Renegade back in the beginning and he retired and his business was sold to another company local here.

I went over and talked with the new company about machining the manifold on Friday. I’m waiting to hear back from them on a cost estimates and if they still have all my fixtures and CNC G-code for the project. I hope to have more information later this week on this project. Have a great week all.

GREAT NEWS! We are now starting a throttle body boring service for 2" inch and 2.15” inch. See Shop for details. We are also doing a BASIC and ADVANCED bushing service. Details will be posted in the Shop soon. You can either have your TBs bushed with a Bronze bushing which is the basic service or you can have a double sealed needle roller bear installed which is the advanced service. The roller bearings will last forever and have a smoother action on the throttle movement.

Hoping to have good news about the Renegade manifold this week as well. More on that as that project develops.

Well, the 84 FPAs sold out VERY fast. I guess a lot of people were waiting for them to become available? The EBL ECMs sold out fast this time as well and I suspect that the next batch that is coming will go rather fast as well. If you are looking for an EBL, watch the Blog for availability and the Shop.

I’m still working on getting the Renegade manifold project off the ground and hope to have some news about this later this week. The TB boring service WILL happen and we will ONLY do 2” and also 2.15” TBs for larger cube motors for now, more on this later and watch for the service to become available.

Sorry for all the delays on things here, I had a family emergency a couple weeks ago and that has taken a front seat to everything this month pretty much. Hope to get back on track soon. I added more TPS test harnesses. I will be adding more EBL ECMs very soon, maybe this weekend or first of next week if you have been looking for one. The 82 FPAs are coming as well and with any luck so will the 84 FPAs.

There has been some very recent movement on the Renegade manifold. I am currently engaged talks with a company that I’m hoping they can pour the manifold tooling and machine the manifold at a good cost and I can start stocking them again after a LONG wait. Anyone who has been waiting for one knows exactly what I mean.

Also, the TB 2” boring service is very close to becoming a thing here and just waiting for the final inspection and then off to the races on that project. Check back here and the Shop when it becomes available.

I should have more EBLs this next week, watch the Shop and Blog for that item. Working on getting some more fuel pressure tools in stock along with more fuel pressure assemblies. The TB resto service WILL happen, just had a little set back on getting all the parts ready for the laser. However, with that said, they are now finished and it shouldn’t be much longer and you will see the service added to the Shop. I think everyone who sees the new TBs will be impressed with the work and quality that went into this project to make it right. Stay tuned all for more things happening. Also, I have an appointment next week to have the Renegade manifold 3D scanned for maybe something special in mind, who knows? Stay tuned for that new project as well.

New NEWS! COMING VERY SOON! I will be starting a throttle body restoration once again and a 2” TB boring service. We are also offering a needle roller bearing throttle shaft upgrade vs. just the standard bronze bushing. The needle bearing will probably outlast the owner and will provide for a much smoother operation with no further service required. The needle bearings are also compatible with a boosted setup if you should decide to do a turbo, supercharger or NOS charge the engine up to 125lb shot. The new service will be essentially three different services. (see below for descriptions) Pricing will come soon and be available in the Shop once implemented. Keep watching if interested.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION
1. A complete TBI Overhaul Services (Basic complete overhaul on all CFI TBs - NO BORING)
Consisting of: Degreasing, glass-bead blast, bush shafts with oil impregnated bronze bushings, (2) “new” IAC valves, (2) “new” IAC gaskets, “new” TPS sensor plus we will set the correct voltage for you to .525V. Balance the TBs as close as possible for plug-N-play operation. A “new” rear TB regulator diaphragm rebuild kit and “new” front TB compensator diaphragm, ultrasonically clean injectors, flow test injectors and, electrically test them, install “new” filters and O-rings, raise injector pod to 1/4" for each pod assembly for more air flow. Includes TB base gaskets, air cleaner gaskets and “new” Teflon washers for fuel nuts. (The Stock bore size remains the stock size) 3 weeks restore time once we receive your TB units.

2. TBI Boring Service
Consisting of: With this service we degrease, glass-bead blast, bore the bottom unit to 2.0", install custom fit blades, bush the shafts with oil impregnated bronze bushings and thin the shafts for better performance (air flow).  Includes custom cut TB base flange gaskets.  Does not include any  other gaskets or rebuild kit, O-rings or hardware. 3 week build time once we receive your unit. You can also upgrade this service to a double sealed performance needle bearing for an added charge.

3. A complete TBI Custom Overhaul and Boring Service
**NOTE: This IS the Ultimate TBI Overhaul of your units on the face of the planet which includes 2” boring.
This is the most comprehensive rebuild of your GM Rochester CFI 400 TBI units, NOBODY on this earth is doing this type of detail work, NOBODY!  We combine Service #1 and Service #2 to give you the most complete and ULTIMATE Rochester 400 build on the market today. 

**We also give you the following upgrades that are not included in Service #1 and #2: 
1.  (2) 1/4" custom laser cut 6061 aluminum pod spacers, not double gaskets or any other cut material.

2.  The best bearings on the market (double sealed needle bearing upgrade).  We do not add or delete anything on this service.  It is as described.

3. Custom cut throttle plates that are anodized and laser etched.

3.  We resurface the bottom of the base on our mill for a perfect flat and finished look.
This service will also require 3 weeks restore time once we receive your TB units.

NOTE: We will NOT accept any bad throttle bodies, rusted, none functioning core units. It isn’t worth our time and the money it would take to try and restore that type of TB condition.

Why, because it’s been hotter than the face of the sun here in Arizona everyday for weeks and the shop is not air conditioned…yet and wiring has been installed for AC. 115 degrees outside means 118 or more inside. It looks like it may get a little cooler this weekend and then I can get back into the shop to get some things ready for the store inventory. I’m a little late getting this out, but I have more EBL ECMs that came in earlier today. If you were looking for an EBL, now is your chance to pick one up. They are ready to go, Plug-N-Play for 82/84 corvette and 82/83 Camaro, Firebird and Trans AM with a different tune that is on the CD and will need to be loaded. The corvette comes pre-loaded.

Also, I had to raise the cost just a little bit, but it is still much cheaper than others are selling this product for. ZIP corvette sells the EBL which is exactly the same as this unit and has MY HAM board installed and MY tune installed for the 82.84 corvette and they sell it for $1,099. You WILL pay more for the same thing I sell for less, take your pick.

As far as parts go, it is nuts how long it is taking on some things. For an example, but not that it effects anything from this site. I blew a drag radial, MT ET Street R tire by hitting something in the road and destroying the tire sidewall. This was back in February, I still have not been able to replace the tire and being told that it may be another two months. How crazy is that? When I get more parts, I will post it on the site in the Blog and Shop for all to see. Thank you.

The EBL ECMs have sold out once again rather quickly. I’m waiting on more to arrive, but it may be another week before any of them get here, maybe longer. If you are looking for a ECM and they are in stock, I wouldn’t wait long to decide if you want to purchase one. They do go quickly since you can’t find any reliable OEM ECMs anymore. The EBL is a great choice and replacement ECM for any CFI vehicle and the best part is they come pre-loaded with an 82/84 corvette stock tune. It doesn’t get any better than that. Also, if you want to change the tune, you can and if you mod your CFI car, you can change the tune to accommodate the mods added. 100% laptop tunable if you want to do that.

A note on the 84 FPA. The 84 FPA is a low demand item for the most part, far less than the 82 FPA. The 84 FPA is also much harder to make than the 82 FPA and for this reason, the 84 has been less in stock than the 82. We seem to have a hard time keeping much of anything in stock which I guess is a good thing, but it brings on other issues. We will try to get some 84 FPAs in stock, but there is no timeline on this item. I hope this helps to all that have asked us about this item and there have been many.

I have added more EBLs ECMs to the Shop for anyone that has been waiting for them. Also added more TPS test harnesses. I should have more EBLs in two weeks or less. Email’s have been sent to customers that have been on a waiting list for EBLs. I Also will have all the parts on hand tomorrow to assemble the fuel pressure adjustment tools and should be able to add some this week some time. The machining on these parts has taken forever, but now done. Thank you to all that have been patient waiting for this item. One last item, I have pulled the HAM board from the Shop since I no longer sell just the HAM board and it is already included in each EBL. Thank you everyone and hope you had a Happy Easter.

I just got off the phone with my new machinist and I decided to at least make one more stab at making the fuel pressure tools again and he seems to think that he can deliver the parts to me by April 20th, maybe sooner. So with any luck, I will have more in stock around the 20th of this month or sooner if possible. The down side is the price will go up a little since all the prices for metal has gone up along with machining prices. So, if you were looking for these to be available again, you are in luck. I have no choice in this or stop providing these items due to cost hikes. It has been a long time since any prices have gone up and I have tried to keep the cost low and still provide quality products. I hope the cost stays where its at or it may go up again or I will just stop providing these items all together. Sorry for the good and bad news for anyone waiting for these items.

HOT NEWS! I have been contacted by the EBL manufacturer that the EBL has been upgrade with a new chipset and firmware. The What’s Up Display (WUD) software has also been upgraded. The new software version will be 3.1 vs the old version 3.0i. The new WUD software will be backwards compatible with the older EBL boards which is great news for for the older users. Also the new ECM firmware that is going to be released will have progressive nitrous (N2O) control (if desired) if anyone is going to install a bottle. Great news for those people for sure. No firm date on when the new EBLs will be available, but it still looks like this month some time. Keep watching the news here for details on the release and when I may have some available. You heard this news on the EBL ECM here first, even the manufacturer hasn’t updated their site yet on this great news.

*Also made a update to the EBL ECM description narrative in the Shop to include 82/83 camaro, firebird and trans am CFI cars. Sorry guys, I can’t believe I missed that in the description.

Still waiting on the release of the next EBL shipment. It still looks like it may be towards the end of March before I can get them. There was a chip shortage and then the chip manufacturer stopped making the chips altogether for the EBL. Now a newer style chip was sourced and they are gearing up for those EBLs to be manufactured. HOT! I received a shipment of a couple EBLs today. This unfortunately will be the last shipment until the end of March. The manufacturer said they can not ship any EBLs out until at least the end of March after last Friday due to parts issues. Hello all. Well, you knew it was bound to happen at some point with all that is going on in the world lately. I talked with the owner today and the EBL Flash II has run into some parts procurement issues (supply chain) and it won’t be until around the end of March before I will be able to get any more units after this batch coming to me next week.

I will start a list of people wanting one if you send me an email from the Contact page that you are willing to wait until the end of next month for one.

Also, I may have some more 82 and 84 fuel pressure assemblies next week, but not a lot. Watch the site for the availability. One last note, I may discontinue the fuel pressure adjustment tool, not entirely sure yet. The issue is the machining cost is gone through the roof for the machined parts for this tool and would have to pass this on to you, the customer. Not sure about this one… Watch the site for more info on this item as well. We all can thank the tanked economy for all this and the current administration.

I have everything that I need to put together the fuel pressure adjustment tools, but I have to look at the increased cost to have it machined and make a decision on what to do with this item. OK, good news and not so good news… Good news is some of my orders have come in to day and I should have more EBL ECMs on Monday. Bad news, I had to cancel some orders because of the NEVER ending backorder and reorder things. I ordered almost $1,000 worth of parts and hope things will be here somewhat soon with the new companies I’m going to be dealing with. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL! We have SOLD OUT once again with the EBL ECM’s. More EBL ECM’s will be added soon. There will be a new 15% restocking fee for 2022 and moving forward for any returned item that is not covered under a warranty return. In other words, if the item is not bad, broken or defective, we will change a 15% restocking fee on that item(s). If it is bad, broken or defective, we will replace it at no change unless the item was damaged by the user or installer. We are still fighting with company’s on delivery issues. COVID IS always the excuse, but that is getting old. We hope to have more things in stock as time moves on this year. Sorry for any inconvenience to anyone waiting for something.

Well, it’s been a little while without posting anything. I have been rather busy with business and my own vette and upgrades. AVAILABLE SOON On the company news front, I will start carrying the Dynamic EFI, EBL Flash II ECMs compete package in stock soon, ready to install. This should item should be available maybe as early as next week sometime. If not, early the following week for sure. It will be nice for a me to be able to offer a complete ECM package for cutomers to send out the day of order depending on when during the day it is ordered. At worst, the next morning shipped out. Talked with a couple foundries today. We shall see if anything productive happens in the way of pouring manifolds at a good price. My new 82 project is going slow at the moment. The weather here has kicked in for the summer and at 118 degrees, it isn’t fun to do anything here right now. This project will progress more as the temps here go down…around late September or October. More on this project later.

THE TUNE IS FINAL… Well everyone, the wait is over and the tune has been finalized. The tune works great and should give you the best starting bin ever for the stock corvette crossfire engines, 1982 and 1984. You can easily just load this tune and drive the car and enjoy it, or modify the tune to your liking if so desired. In my opinion though, I would leave it alone, it is that good with plenty of get up and go. The tune has been optimized at a 13psi fuel pressure setting which is the high end of the GM spec and is set at six degrees BTDC of initial timing which again, is GM spec. This tune is for a “stock” 82 or 84 corvette only using the HAM board and the EBL Flash II ECM upgrade from Dynamic EFI.

I will be sending this tune out to all the owners of a HAM board for free soon to try this tune out and see if they like it. If not, just load your old tune back and press on. I sincerely think you will leave this tune loaded after you test drive your car. If you purchased a HAM board from us and have not received an email with the tune bin and would like to try it, please contact us from the Contact page. MORE TUNE RELATED NEWS… When the stock 82/84 tune is finalized, I will be sending it out to everyone who has purchased the HAM board this year since January to try out. If you do not want to use the tune, you don’t have to and is going to be sent out as a customer service kind of thing to help owners out. I will also go through all the customers from last year who purchased the HAM board and send it to them as well. As always, loading this tune will mean that you except responsibility and will be at your own risk and I do not except any responsibility to the tune other than knowing that it has been thoroughly tested on a 82 CFI corvette in stock format.

CFI NEWS WORTHY OF IMMEDIATE POSTING…Myself and two others have been working on developing a stock tune for the EBL Flash II which is a direct swap in conjunction with the HAM board upgrade for your stock GM ECM for your 82 or 84 corvette. We have been using two 82 corvettes as test mules and a third 82 will come into this test this weekend. All three cars are bone stock. The tune is pretty good I might add and is about 99% done. The VE, (volumetric efficiency) or fuel tables are dialed in already and just making some changes, adjustments to the SA, or (spark advance) table and a couple other related areas. Both 82 owners said they love the performance gain over stock so far and both say they chirp the tires now when shifting into 2nd gear at WOT. They also said that they have never been able to that before this tune. The third 82 will get the same tune as the other two, but also will get tweaked even further and then the tune will get finalized and all cars will get that tune to run.

This tune will be given out to anyone who purchases a HAM board which means they will be getting the EBL Flash II upgrade as well. What this means is, the car owner should not have to do anything to the tune if they do not want to. Just upload the tune Bin file, hit the key and drive the car. We have been devoloping this tune for CFI owners so that they don’t get intimidated by the fact that the EBL Flash II makes the engine 100% laptop tunable. You don’t need to worry about that now, we have taken the tuning process out of the equation. Again, you can further tune the engine if you so desire, but this tune is pretty good as is and will give you more zip in your step as it were with this tune over the stock GM tune and still retain the GM initial timing settings of 6 degrees BTDC which is much more conservative. This tune is not real aggressive, but does have more power than stock and is optimized at a 13psi fuel pressure, which is a GM high side spec setting. It is also assumed that your throttle bodies are balanced correctly which makes a huge difference on the idle quality. See the videos in the FAQs #22 about balancing the throttle bodies if you are not sure what that means or how to do that.

I hope everyone that uses this tune will be happy and makes it truly a turn key stock CFI type of setup. Thank you everyone that has contributed to this tune project, it is much appreciated. Everyone will benefit form this project.

Made some site changes just to see how it goes over. One of the changes/additions was on the HAM board page. Added the fact that we are in the process of developing a stock tune for the 82/84 corvette for the EBL Flash II ECM to help people who buy the EBL for their corvette and do not want to laptop tune their engine or do not know where to start the tuning process. This will be more of a Plug-N-Play type tune to get you cruising again in your corvette in short order. More on this as it evolves.

Due to lots of phone calls and emails on How To Balance my throttle bodies. I added a FAQ item on throttle body balancing with two links. The FAQ number is 22 and has two links, Part I and Part II. Watch these videos on how to balance your throttle bodies. It uses a water manometer, which is accurate and does differ slightly than the GM service manual in function, but it all works the same and you should achieve great results. You may have to do a simple mod on your throttle bodies if they have never been balanced before. Refer to the GM service manual on how to do that. I hope this helps a lot of people out with this simple procedure to throttle body perfection.

If you are outside the Untied States and wish to purchase something, send me an email from the contact page stating what you would like to purchase and I will after reviewing the request, I will send you a PayPal invoice payable on US dollars to your PayPal email. If you agree to all the terms, I will ship it.

I usually can get away with shipping everything in a “small USPS Priority mail” box to keep the shipping cost down, but it is going International USPS shipping, so no in stone shipping cost which is dependent on shipping weight as well.
