Besides the lower bases having the needle bearing upgrade, we also do the upper tower and injector pod with top plate for the throttle bodies. This service includes along with the needle bearing upgrade the following.

NOTE: **Please understand the build times are a three week process.

1. Clean, blast and tumble injector pods and bases, fuel meter covers, regulator covers, and fuel fittings. Paint regulator cover black for protection or standard clear coat.

2. Install new filters and o-rings on injectors with "no injector servicing or cleaning".

3. Install new compensator and fuel pressure regulator diaphragm kit and use your stock springs. Use new gaskets on fuel meter covers.

4. Install complete injector pod assemblies (double spacer gaskets) onto each base unit using a new stock pod gasket. This raises the injector pod out of the bore hole for more air flow. We also have a nice custom aluminum 1/4" pod spacer verses the stock gasket, but it's an additional $55/per pair for this item.

5. Install "customer supplied IAC valves" with new gaskets.

6. Install "customer supplied TPS" and set voltage to .525vdc GM spec.

7. Install fuel nuts into pod assemblies with new Teflon washers. Will clear coat fitting with standard clear coat finish.

8. We will reuse customers stock screws unless new stainless steel screws are requested. (no additional charge for the upgraded stainless screws)

9. Total cost including base servicing and the double sealed bearings is $375 for the service, plus additional $225 upper rebuild service equals a total $600 plus shipping.
